Downgrades are processed on the 1st of each month if submitted prior to the 20th of the previous month. However, if submitted after the 20th it will only be processed a month later.
e.g. Downgrade requested on the 22 November 2021, will only be effective 1 January 2022.
You may be liable for
downgrade fees depending on the Fibre provider, this will be discussed with you at
the time of downgrade
